Duditopia is a personal project. We use artificial intelligence as a work tool to create much of our content, and we prefer to say so clearly. (The site is in Spanish; this is the English version of this page.)
What is made with the help of AI
- The live trivia questions and the "¿Verdad o trola?" (true or fib?) statements.
- The website games (Mi Súper, Mi avatar, Mis criaturas) and their texts, and the code of the website, the live streams and the video generators.
- The scripts of our videos (Shorts and educational videos on YouTube and TikTok).
- The watercolour-and-pencil drawings, the music and the sound effects: they are generated by software, with code written with the help of AI. We do not use third-party music, characters or images.
Which tool
We use Claude, an artificial intelligence model by Anthropic. Claude prepares content following our instructions and we decide what gets published: published content is Duditopia's responsibility, not the tool's.
Dudi's voice
The voice narrating our videos is synthetic: a text-to-speech program (Piper, free software running on our own server) reads the script and we change its pitch to give Dudi a voice. It is not a recording of a person and does not imitate anyone famous.
How we review it
- Automated tests of the question banks and the games (format, duplicates, sums and prices that add up, every game can be completed).
- Review by the Duditopia operator before publishing.
- To be honest: it has not yet been reviewed by a teacher. There may be explanations that could be better or the odd mistake. We want to add review by teachers as soon as the project allows. If you are a teacher and want to help, write to us.
What we don't do
- We never send any data to any AI: not children's, not anyone's. The games run on your own device; AI is only used to prepare content before it is published.
- There are no AI chats and no content generated on the fly for children.
- We do not use AI-generated images or voices of real people.
